The main change: in the ISO 9001, 2000 version certification, quality covers the performance of the processes implemented.
On 21st June 2003, Sotralentz Packaging passed with success the 2000 version certification, and was stated as being among the top companies audited so far.
The old standard concerned mainly processes, the 2000 version includes people: all personnel make a commitment to clearly defined objectives.
