gare_drulingen_sotralentzWell entrenched in its region, over the years SOTRALENTZ has developed several partnerships with various local players: local governments, administrations, associations, etc. This cooperation helps the company in growing, in progressing in its environment, and also taking active part in the local life and spreading those values here that are dear to it.

Access and retention in employment

The group, for example, is signatory to the Diversity Charter, which aims to make all forms of discrimination disappear within the companies. SOTRALENTZ is also a director in the "Action et Compétence" organisation for recruitment and retention of handicapped workers at work. Lastly, the company is involved in the University of Strasbourg as part of the work on equality between men/women in companies.

The training

Training is also a preferred partnership area. Thus, we regularly receive young people from the college of Drulingen, from high schools of the region, from engineering schools, for training programmes lasting several weeks or even several months. These collaborations with schools and organisations such as ANPE (French national employment agency), enable us to prepare for the company's future.

The local economic life

Being member of UIMM (the metallurgy industry body), of the Club de l’économie de Saverne, SOTRALENTZ takes part in the economic development of the region, especially in the areas of employment, social rights, etc. These partnerships and participations are essential for the company's life, both economically and socially. It is involvements of this nature that make SOTRALENTZ a player that is heard and is pertinent in our region.
