Launch of the sheet metal work activity, with an initial work site in Moselle.

Creation of the company SOTRAL (Société de Treillis Soudés d’Alsace), France’s first welded mesh production company.

Merger of the two companies Ets LENTZ S.A. and SOTRAL S.A.

Purchase of DWH Drahtwerk Horath, Germany.

Purchase of the company SECOFAB in Sarralbe, France.

Purchase of a production site in Trier, Germany.
Building of a new production site in Skierniewice, Poland.

Purchase of the SOTRALENTZ Group by executives: Karl Burkardt (1/3), Jacques Ducaruge (1/3), Patrick Lentz (1/3).

2011 :

Purchase of the company SFAR in Montchanin, France.
Purchase of 50 % of the shares of its Spanish joint-venture TR-Lentz (created in 1996 together with Tubos Reunidos)
